I am an 11th-grade IB student at MCTM International School in Chennai, India, with strong interests in Economics, Philosophy, and Psychology. I am also an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction.

My fascination with Economics began in Grade 6 during the pandemic, when my dad gifted me a copy of Freakonomics. This book opened up a whole new world to me and set me on a reading journey through titles like SuperFreakonomics, The Undercover Economist, Thinking, Fast and Slow and many others. During the pandemic,  I was also introduced to philosophy through weekly online sessions with Nathan S. on Outschool.com. My current passion is Behavioral Economics and everything that lies at the intersection of Economics, Philosophy and Psychology – essentially why people behave like they do and what economic consequences does this have.
